Yeah that's no good. I worry about taking any non-prescribed medications before any similar procedure, though I will be doing some research before my tongue splitting, concerning medicine.

I'm pretty sure IbProufen is fine, but that's about it.

The problem here is my family on my dad's side has really good immune systems. Bad thing about that is it also comes hand in hand with drug resistance. My dad has (through no fault of his own) built up a mild immunity to many types of prescription painkillers. Which means he basically goes into any medical situation able to feel everything. Ibuprofen does not do very much to me, at least in "safe" doses.

i'm actually strongly considering doing a stick n poke for my first tattoo, since it's a design of my own. i just want to be the one who does it.
