Drunk thread - now with added hangovers!

I have reached rock bottom. Yesterday I had no more than two glasses of wine, over the course of two hours, I didn't feel drunk at all. I still woke up with a hangover today and I can't get rid of it. What is wrong with me.

GarandMarine:
Your body might be starting to reject alcohol. My Dad has similar issues with booze after years of drinking normally.

Metope:
Goddammit, I hope that's not the case. I'm not a big drinker, but I do enjoy a glass of beer/wine/whisky now and then.

Could be some compound in the wine itself.  Do you get a similar reaction with beer or white wines (I'm guessing you had red last night)?
