Basically everyone has a cup in front of them and there are two ping-pong balls. There are also several cups in the middle.
When you have a ball you have to bounce it into your own cup. If you get it in on your first try, you get to pass it to ANYONE at the table. If it takes you multiple tries you pass it to your right. If you get the ball into your cup while the person to your right has a ball, you can "boom" them by knocking their cup over and then they have to drink. Then that person gets a new cup from the middle.
The person who gets boomed when they have the last cup is the loser and they have to chug a drink.
