Guitars, guitars, guitars
Patrick:
I started that club son, you sure got a short memory. I don't know what ever happened to this glorious son of a bitch but I'd sure like to find out:
Worth noting: the spraypainted hotness you see above is the 2006 model Bullet, which featured a hardtail bridge. My current pink Bullet, as you can see, has the divebomb-capable, tuning destroying whammy.

Also Pat, welcome to the Squier Strat club. I need to get mine fixed, I miss the poor bastard.

I have a squier Jag, it's 3 tone sunburst and literally one of the best guitars I've ever owned. It's the HH special, so it has a hard tail and so far I haven't had any problems with tuning (I have it tuned down to C standard right now). However, I still want a full Fender Jag/Jazzmaster, and that pink would look so awesome after it had aged about 10-15 years.
Squier Strats are awesome cheap guitars, my first guitar was a squier strat, in fiesta red. It's currently been stripped back, and I've started to modify the body shape on it for a complete new rebuild.

I really want to get my Strat resprayed to look like this:

I still love my Epiphone Strat. When I have myself another electric/get a hollowbody, I plan on modding the fuck out of the Strat.

So I made my first guitar-related purchase in probably a year, today. It's a Baby Taylor. If you don't know what that is (hello non-U.S. people), it's a 3/4 size steel-string acoustic. Normally that would equate to pure crap, but they have some sort of magic recipe that makes it sound as full (or fuller!) than a regular size guitar. Benefits of the smaller size include portability (it's billed as a travel guitar) and the strings feel as nice as my electrics due to the short scale.
Generally I hate acoustics because of those huge-gauge strings, but this one is different.
