Well I dunno. I'd be okay with going back to solid states if I could manage to find a fucking Ampeg SS150 or VH140 anywhere in Europe. The Randall RG-series also looks quite promising, but I haven't tried those yet.
ALSO: Marshall Lead 100 Mosfet.

Those are pretty awesome, not gonna lie. Less dynamic than an actual JCM800 but not bad sounding.
