I… I fell in love with a bass. After playing around with my friends guitar I feel like maybe playing bass suits my playstyle better than playing electric guitar. A guitar is still on my wishlist, but currently this beauty has risen above everything else:
An affordable 5 string bass made by Harley Benton, the house brand of the German music store Thomann. And when I say affordable I mean "220€ for a neck-thru-body 5 string bass with active pickups" affordable. It (and the four string version too) has very good reviews, and it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
