I'm curious to hear one. Any recommendations?

("doombilly guitar" just turned up a bunch of Doom guitar covers instead.)

bruhhhhhhh that thing's sweet. fan frets, eh? how much different is it ergonomically?

i'm not sure how the fanned frets play into the ergonomics beyond optimizing string tension, but the real revelation for me is strandberg's funky compound neck profile

So I have resolved that if I keep my credit card at zero by the time guitar shops reopen, I am going out there and buying one of my dream guitars.

Shop in town has a sweet looking Midnight Strat, but I am going to shop around a bit - I want to try some Gretsches, maybe some SGs, even a goddamn Rickenbacker is an option.

Lockdown had made me consider learning an instrument. And my mind fell on guitar, and since I already own an audio interface for a microphone, I could plug in an e-guitar and spare my neighbours from my beginner's fails.
Long story short, I've found a new Epiphone Les Paul SL Ebony for 109€ at a local music store. Does anyone know anything about them, are they recommendable for absolute beginners?

Thrillho:
Posting to remind myself to come back later.
