cesium133:
Yup:

--- Quote from: Wikipedia ---Any beverage containing more than 3.2% alcohol by weight or 4% alcohol by volume, that is, most liquors, wines, and typical beer, may only be sold in licensed liquor stores at room temperature
--- End quote ---
Alcohol Laws of Oklahoma

Zebediah:
Ah, but do they legally define "room temperature"? If you refrigerate the entire store, there may be a loophole.

cesium133:
So I read the actual law, and it says, "Provided, all alcoholic beverages are to be sold at ordinary room temperature." I'm guessing if you refrigerated the entire store, they could make an argument that your room's temperature isn't "ordinary."

edit -- To try to get this thread back on topic, I'm wondering what question Dora, Faye, and Penelope are trying to find an answer for in the first frame of this comic.

Is it cold in here?:
Given how crude the characters are, the most widely believed guess at the time was "What food would make the worst personal lubricant?".

Method of Madness:
Well yeah, it's pretty obvious, I didn't even know it was disputed. What else would they be answering?
