Did you notice that?

Method of Madness:
I honestly don't see anything off.

Carl-E:
I'm wondering if it depends on your monitor resolution.

aldonius:
I don't see anything massively jarring (worse than normal, anyway), but...
Are you thinking of the apex of the curve of her back in the last panel? I do make out a definite flat section there.

Shjade:
There's nothing particularly off about the examples jwhouk's bringing up because...well, every page is like that. Just look at Hannelore's left arm on 1760 and it's there, too. And Dora's arm on the very next page. And the next page. And so on.

The comic's always got some pixelated edges happening. Sometimes it's just more obvious than other times, usually when there are lighter colors surrounding the lines (which is why arms make it so obvious on pale-skinned characters: thick black line right next to very light tone).

Jwhouk's observation is accurate in that the lines have some jagged pixelation, but MoM's also right in that there's nothing "off" about those examples since it's consistent throughout the comic.

Zebediah:
I can see the pixellation if I look hard. But I have to really look hard. It's not something I'd notice if it wasn't pointed out.
