Given complete control of my schedule, I'll stay up until 2 AM and then sleep until 10 AM.
That being said, it's been at least ten years since I've had that much control of my schedule.

I have a 26 hour day rhythm. When I go to bed when I'm tired and get up when I wake up on my own, the times shift by around 2 hours a day.
I'm tempted to try the xkcd 27 hour day rhythm.
