My father had to deal with them in the 70's. He was overseeing the installation of American-made abrasive equipment for the cleaning of forged engine blocks at the world's largest truck factory near Kazan. He was there for about four months.
...and it was converted to the world's largest tank factory in the 80's. :roll:

I used to live in the Studentenwohnheim StiBo (Stiftsbogen) from the StuWe (Studentenwerk) München. StiBo still sounds better than StuSta (Studentenstadt).
