I agree with this. I think the fact that she's giving this fake threat is an indication that Robot Jail either treats its inmates about as well as can be expected or they hide it pretty damn well. Otherwise I imagine Momo wouldn't find it tasteful to make those sort of fake threats and probably approach May differently.
Also, add me to the list of people that find her absolutely amazing right now.

So, nobody here's either made or received a hyperbolic threat IRL they knew to be hyperbolic and to not take seriously? Because the overreaction to the banter in the strip is often (unwittingly) more entertaining than the banter itself, which is pretty entertaining.

That was my thought too, but on the other hand, what is hyperbolic in a world with all the over the top elements that the QC world has?
Doesn't Momo have a record of not overstating things?
