KOK:
The article you link to says that the first edition of AD&D made them reptilian. The 1978 Monster Manual does not mention any relationships. It does say that they have a 75% chance of speaking the languages of orcs and goblins. OTOH in the picture, which is the same as in the Wikipedia article, the kobold has scales, if it is not wearing scale armor.

Is it cold in here?:

I can't categorically say to any of you whether the genitalia of kobolds or the etymology of the word "moxy/moxie" brought me out of hiding, but I appreciate the discussion of such topics.

Anyways, salutations!

Welcome, sorta-new person!

I find that amusing considering your namesake.

Conversations like this occur not because everyone fails to recognize hyperbole (or sarcasm or whatever), but because if they acknowledged it there would be less to talk about. And by talk, I mean my signature.

Look, abolishing Congress is a serious matter. Just sayin. :P

Also, its more that people take things like Momo making an obviously hyperbolic threat seriously and are entertaining the ethical implications of something that obviously wasn't a real threat.

Its like no one hear has ever had someone threaten them with bodily harm jokingly. I mean, if I had a dollar for every time my wife told me she would cut me if I ate the last of something, I would be rich. Like, seriously, her cutting me for eating the last slice of pizza is ethically very wrong. This is a given. There is no connection though that she actually would do it. And I know. She hasn't yet and I keep eating the last of things.

Method of Madness:
Maybe she just means she'll get in front of you next time you're in line for something.
