I find it extremely unlikely that Momo and May might know each other, if only because it would distract from the already expected drama with Marigold. The girl needs a good, hard realization of what a jerk she was.

Jeph has made his distaste for smaller humans quite clear anyway, so if she were, she likely wouldn't be for long and we'd never hear about it, or their relationship wouldn't last for long and we'd hear entirely too much about it.

If Marigold really wanted to avoid Dale, she would change where she orders her pizza. So she is at least willing to chance seeing him, if only for purposes of more sparring.
