What's your point?

No point at all. That's the point.

Also you might want to go into settings and turn numbers and particles off.

I assume you mean you want to buy whatever would optimize your ROI? For example, a factory produces four times as many cookies as a mine. I think it therefore stands to reason that as long as a mine is cheaper than 1/4 of the prize of a factory (minus some epsilon to account for the increase in prize of every subsequent min), you should buy the mine. Or am I thinking too simple here?

Also, thanks for the hint about the effects.

snalin:
It's a bit simplistic - as there's a different amount of x2-upgrades for every building, so investing in more than the absolute minimum of say farms, factories and mines will lead to a slower upgrade path. Also, you might catch up in the long run if you go a bit slower early on due to waiting for higher level things rather than buying several of the low level buildings.

That is until Clicker upgrades start being affected by how many buildings you have. Also when Grandmas start making more cookies per Grandma the more Grandmas you have.

I'm currently producing 1.87 billion cookies per second.

There's an achievement for clicking really, really fast. Prepare to break your mouse button.
