There is a pizzeria near my job that makes a salad pizza that is OUT OF THIS WORLD. It's got the dough and sauce of plain pizza, then it has shredded lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cold mozzarella cheese and gobs of ranch dressing. OM NOM NOM NOM.

I always replace lettuce in my salads with spinach (if available) or cucumbers, because I dislike lettuce. I also never order salads at restaurants (unless there is a salad bar) because they can't do that for me.
