I feel like several people are missing it, but they're the same glasses he always wears.  They can be turned on and off (as shown in the May arc) and I'm sure he still uses them frequently, he just may have realized that people like to see  your eyes and keep them turned off when he's with others now.  Also, he may have to have them turned off to work for CoD - from a customer interaction standpoint it would make sense to require employees to have something of that nature turned off.

Jeph faked me out... Since it's Friday and they were in the last two comics I was expecting a Faye/Angus-moving-to-NYC cliffhanger.
