Why is this band called Blurred Lines? Is that just a really unfortunate coincidence?

Yeah. They formed just before the song came out I think, and I'm not sure why they kept the name.

Literally every time you share one of their videos I think you're sharing a cover of Robin Thicke and end up like  :psyduck:

Welu:
I think the same thing every time they come up in my Facebook! I'm sure they have their reasons for keeping the name but I always think about that awful song whenever I see it.

Thrillho:
Also, in this day and age, they've ruined their SEO. Anyone who ever Googles them will now only find the Robin Thicke song.
