Interesting, but perhaps a bit exaggerated? Or are some girls really that hairy? If she is into the "natural look", wouldn't she also have armpit and facial hair? (She might have armpit hair, there is a slight shadow underneath her arm.)
I cannot recall if bare feet have occurred earlier in the series, perhaps Jeph is learning to draw them? Delilah's feet are not particularly pretty (even without hair), and Bench Girl's feet, while better, are not perfect either IMHO.

It actually is possible to manufacture helium, although currently it's extremely expensive relative to extracting existing helium.
