This is not a story post - if it is a story post, then it is the sort of story with no happy ending and all the characters die in misery.
It starts some weeks back with these shots of me planning (and failing, yet again) to go get a haircut.






It ends today, with me attempting to Cut My Own Hair. Events occurred that may be categorised under "Gone Wrong", say. It necessitated paying a professional to try and fix it. On seeing my masterwork he could only let out a protracted "ohhhh" followed by a "ah". If I tell you that the picture you see is post-cleanup and that It (to whit, the haircut) is not as bad as it was, you will understand just precisely how bad it was.

The Abomination

Thankfully the terrible camera quality eclipses the bare patches left by hasty safety-scissorwork.

Thankfully it's just hair?  And hair grows back relatively quickly?

(...but definitely ouch.)
