The Bar East. Our drummer has a cousin who works as a bartender there, so he helped us to secure the gig. Only about 5 people showed up but it was our first gig in New York and everyone had a good time. The best part was when a drunk patron screamed "Phuck this noise arrgh" halfway through our cover of T.V. Eye, hehe.

I play in a band that writes a bunch of really subpar hardcore that rips off all the wrong things from Converge. Throw in some Syndrome Of A Down (I'm referring specifically to the song "Toxicity") and make the vocals sound like you're raping a cat with a jackhammer and you've got a rough estimate of what we sound like.

It is the single worst band in the known universe.

So my friend that was in prison for a while and ended up owing my main group of friends hundreds of dollar seems to have cleaned up his act, won the lottery (~couple hundred thousand), and seems to be making reparations. Gave me $150 dollar anon sunglasses for no reason... Friend consensus Johnny Ramone.

Hey I climbed a smallish mountain and looked at some TV broadcast towers on the top.

Also my hair is slowly recovering from the insanely short haircut that the senile barber gave me.

(I need to start looking less haggard at work I guess)

I wouldn't say that's insanely short. Insanely short is when you sit in the barber's chair, and instead of describing to the barber the hairstyle you want you just tell him a number, and he gets out the clippers like he's about to shave a dog for summer.

(This is what happens when I go to the barber, but it's okay because my barber's Italian.)
