I bought a pair of Vans recently and they are actually WAY comfier than Chucks, they have a bit more cushioning in the base.

Yeah. I was regretting not just wearing my hiking boots at the end of a short uphill hike this summer.
They make P.F. Flyers again now, I seem to remember those having arch support. They also make you run faster and jump higher.

They've been making PF Flyers for a good few years, and they are good looking shoes for the most part. I just hate the toe caps. They're so clunky.
