With a knee-length black skirt and a black and white striped top (pretty basic, short-sleeved, with some "extra" fabric around the neckline), which shoes? I'm leaning heavily towards the first pair, but my mom and brother said the second.

Fashion thread, hi! I have a make-up question for you. I've really been wanting to do this heavy lip color thing with casual clothes and not just for late-night fun things, but everyone I have asked (my mom) says it will look dumb. Is this ridiculous? Please tell me if I look ridiculous and inappropriate for daytime things (such as walking outside): 1 and 2.

2 is actually so you can tell me how to cut my hair, 'cause I have job interviews coming up and do not want to look 14-year-old-boy sloppy.
