Well, I did forty miles on the workout bike yesterday and am feelin' pretty good. Haven't went on it yet today, but I'm thinkin' 20 today will be good. Have to get more blood work and another UA done tomorrow to monitor my Minimal Change Disease, so we'll see how that goes.
