Blog Thread
I don't know why it is but I have been wondering recently why most of the playgrounds around my house have replaced their sandboxs with wood chips. Are wood chips safer some how? All I can tell is that it discourages going barefoot.
Dimmukane:
Some of the ones near me have replaced the woodchips with ground Nike. Probably something about kids getting scrapes/rashes or things in their eyes. I think wood chips just provide a more even footing and are less prone to cause non-foot related injuries.

Dear Thread.
I met me a man, of off the World of Warcraft, and it's awesome.
I accept the fact that I'm a nerd. We're a state apart, and I'm moving there in January.
I'm pretty stoked.
RedLion:
You be careful there.
Anyway I had woodchips in my elementary school playground like 8 years ago. Not a new phenomenon.
