--- Quote from: Allybee on 05 Dec 2010, 08:15 ---whatever, I'm probably not going to go out on new years. maybe it's cause now I don't really celebrate christmas OR hanukkah (I feel like some kind of holiday-less freak...) but I keep thinking about places where I could spend new years and it's just not working out. so just go to the bar?

i mean if i go anywhere else it's either going to be a) a house party or b) a punk rock show like i've done a couple of new year's eves and more specifically like last year's where i didn't get really depressed afterward. mostly those posts were about how four of the people i spend most of my time with have been in serious relationships for several years and explicitly prefer to stay in and watch movies or w/e instead of going out in even semi-public and some of the time it's a complete fucking drag and they aren't even cognizant of how much of a drag it is

Antibiotics and booze do not actually affect one another. The warning on the label is left over from when antibiotics were first given to syphilis patients in an attempt to get them to keep it in their pants while they were still contagious during the first week of treatment.

Totally depends on what type of antibiotics though. Some do mix badly, and aside from the internet I have terrible teenage (sort of) memories to back this up.
