If this comic were about "normal, healthy adults" then it wouldn't be nearly so interesting, would it?

Marigold: "Working on my dad's website really helped me learn the ropes, WOW was a neat diversion during those times, now that I'm running our startup I cherish those days but don't get that much time to be in-game and dungeon crawls are a fleeting memory. I'm so lucky Dale came into my life."
Dale: "Meeting Marigold on a pizza delivery like that was the best thing that ever happened to me, from the start we just knew, you know? Building our business together has been a challenge and a joy and the people skills I learned while working all those menial jobs was the key to honing my marketing skills"
Pintsize: "Butts? Kinda gross. I'm glad the AnthroPC equivalent is at least sterile."

I feel like Marten would be more confused and less open if it wasn't Cosette

Would you all feel similarly if, after their first night together, Sven treated Faye like Delilah treated Marten? Or are those notably different situations?

Sven and Faye knew each other beforehand, so...yeah, definitely different.
