--- Quote from: Mlle Germain on 26 Mar 2014, 14:21 ---Isn't it weird, though, that Angus has stayed up so long despite having this important audition the next day? At least he's not drunk, but I'd not want to go into the equivalent of a job interview with such little sleep. Or maybe the audition is in the evening.

To be fair, Faye works baker's hours -- that is, work (presumably) starts really early in the morning for her. Angus could also sleep on the train to NYC. And, as you said, he's not drunk.
Mlle Germain:
I don't think so. CoD gets their baked goods from the Secret Bakery. And they don't open that early:

Already bright daylight in this one. Probably they don't open that late either, otherwise Marten and the interns couldn't have gotten coffee before the library opens: http://www.questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=2237
But ok, that's kind of beside the point here. Maybe CoD has even changed their opening hours since then to accomodate people who want to get coffee before work?
You're probably right that Angus can sleep on the train and I guess the audition isn't early in the morning.
For Friday, I'm also hoping for "just" a cliffhanger.
Welu:
There's also the possibility Faye's shift starts before the shop actually opens, cleaning and turning on machines and such.

--- Quote from: Mr_Rose on 26 Mar 2014, 14:31 ---Prediction: we will hate Friday's comic because Thursday's will be a cliffhanger and Friday's will switch scenes completely. And also be a cliffhanger.

Or be a Yelling Bird Comic on how he got testicular cancer.

Boss says on Twitter comics are done through Tuesday (in essence, April 1st).
And for some reason, he thinks Wil Wheaton is gonna LOVE Friday's comic...
