Your example of "non-overprocessed" food is McDonalds?  :psyduck:

I was surprised to find though, that when the grad students from the group we collaborate with in Brazil visited they insisted on eating at McDonald's. It's seen as stylish in Brazil. Which I guess explains why it's so expensive there. Seriously, I could go to a locally-owned place in São Carlos and get a much better burger for half the price of a Big Mac.
