That's the style of Jason, a Norwegian comic artist currently living in France. He's absolutely brilliant, and one of the few big Norwegian cartoonists that doesn't do comedy strips. You can see the covers of his stuff here. If you ever see Hey, Wait... or The Iron Wagon in a comic store, I'd recommend picking them up. Anything else is probably also worth it.
