Still not getting it... "Should we"... should we what? (I have not seen Game of Thrones and have desire to watch it, but it annoys me when there are things I don't understand).
So it's the actual actor in the left picture? Is it like he's supposed to be talking to himself or something? Only a year later at the same con?
Is that the actual actor in the right picture in black?

(click to show/hide)The guy on the left in both photos is the same cosplayer and he is cosplaying as Jamie Lannister. You can see him posing in the photo on the right with Jamie's actor from the show. The lady in the photo with the cosplayer on the left plays Cersi Lannister. Jamie's sister (the queen) and Jamie's lover.
The "Should we" is written by the actress in 2013 saying should we (Jamie the cos player and Cersi) have sex. The photo with the actor in 2014 is advising the cosplayer "yes we(Jamie) should" have sex. Their character's incestuous relationship is taboo in the show.
