I've finally realized it.
Jephzibah draws people reaching out for handshakes in the same way. Or at least I'm fairly certain that this recent Veronica hand is quite similar to...well now that I think it, to when Tai reached out for a handshake ("Pleased to meetcha") to Veronica back in the day ("I just love the butchy ones!").
And both are a little different from my own I think. Huh.
