Re: algebraic geometry, flips and flops - this I know from nothing. The Analytic and algebraic topology of locally Euclidean parameterization of infinitely differentiable Riemannian manifolds is more my style. Seriously, my undergrad thesis in pure maths dealt with it (also Lobachevskian manifolds - spherical and hyperspherical geometry). They have practical applications.

Well, I am reliably informed that women tend to look refreshed and slightly rejuvenated after a good lay, gets the blood flowing and all that. I have no idea if that can take 20 years off, but it can contribute.

Some people groom, some people just aren't hairy, yours truly suffers from both. No need to judge.
