Ideas for next Mafia game

Method of Madness:
Hey guys, I'm running the next Mafia game. This isn't a sign-up thread, it's just a thread for ideas of topics. I'll probably end up combining a few ideas or I might take one from somewhere else entirely but I can't think of anything at the moment and I figured I'd see if anyone had any suggestions. I should hopefully do the sign-up thread in a couple days and start the game in a week or so.

In more serious news, maybe other special roles than the default investigator/protector? I can post a  couple if you are looking for ideas.
