That reminds me of the gender options in a forum from a team in a game. "Male, Female, Undisclosed, Other".
This might sound worse than I want it to sound, but WHICH OTHER THO?

No male, not female, not hidden. Undisclosed implies "I'm not going to tell you." Other can suggest "I would tell you if this software had the appropriate option."
