Do Australian people ever use the phrase "It'll be a cold day in July before ____"?

It's a good question. I assume they just swap j's (January instead of July)

Also that's a horribly low bar. Here in Cantabria, where the weather is randomized, that shit happens.

And here I thought that Australia was like Arrakis in terms of climate.  (Okay, kidding, 'cept for the part where I wouldn't be surprised if there were giant sand worms).
