This just solidifies my theory that Emily is going to have a "Dora Moment" and come out with feelings for Marten at some point.
I'm really actually actively looking for more reasons to think this so feel free to ignore my thoughts. :-P

All I could think of is "did he just destroy the TEH shirt?" I had to go back a comic to make sure that wasn't what he was wearing.

And now we see. TEH shirt in Marten's closet. This shirt is not natural from this closet but once introduced decades ago it found no competition or predators and reproduced out of control taking away the habitat from other shirts.
