She can tell Tai in her own time. The only possible drama I see here is between Dora and Faye, which will be resolved by positive changes, and between Dora and Tai, who may be a little hurt that Dora'd tell Marten but not her, and that'll either be all right or they'll eventually decide they're kinda meh together and somewhere down the line Dora will realize that she needs to do more to improve her situation than to cut and shuffle people.
