There's a lot of hover snipers that just spawn camp a lot and it's very annoying

The thing about hover snipers is that they lack stability, so if you keep moving, you'll be reasonably safe as you lay down some flak style anti-aircraft fire.  SMGs are pretty good for taking out the blimp/satellite style hover bots.

So long as they aren't the multitude of hackers infesting the game. Autofire sniper rifle with perfect accuracy while moving? Sure that's legit...

Exactly. It worked pretty well in tier 2 but I'm being torn apart in 3 now. And I have complete golden armor now.
