I've been reading Guilded Age recently, and would recommend it if you asked. Or even if you didn't.

Neko_Ali:
Second on Guilded Age. Also Gunnerkrieg Court, Girl Genius, Waspi Square, El Goonish Shive, Flaky Pastry.. and many more. All excellent comics I've been reading for years and would recommend. Oh, and something called Questionable Content, if you're into that sort of thing...

I've been trying to do the same recently, not for the same reasons as you (and I hope you find a way to cope with your issues--my early-mid twenties kinda sucked too, but hang in there, the mid-late twenties get slightly better, kinda, I think?), but because I spend way too much time compulsively checking updates as well.  Same with QC.  I wish I had the patience to build up a 1-2 week backlog of strips to read at my leisure, rather than watching Jeph's Twitter and checking the time every few minutes to see if it's 11:01 PM local time yet, but I haven't quite succeeded yet.  Although I did manage to take a two-week hiatus during Faye's hospitalization by binge-reading Dumbing of Age, so maybe I just need to find some other long-running webcomics to distract me...

Thanks. :) I'm kind of treading water for the next few weeks, but there's a lot at stake. :/

I have quite a few other comics I'm hooked on, and I'm getting caught up on my GoComics, so that's nice to have a backlog of.

Thanks for the recs!  I have Gunnerkrigg, Girl Genius, and EGS bookmarked to read, but hadn't heard of the rest.  Also Shortpacked and Girls with Slingshots, among others.

Gladstone:
WELP.

(So much for trying to take a break...)
