I can't say I've really thought she *has* killed him.

But either way, the outcome for Ryan is not the main issue.
The main issue is the psycho they've all been looking for for (however long) has shown up and attacked Amber and Dorothy.
And something BAD has happened.

But no-one seems to give a monkey's.
