I suspect that Leslie and Stacy are going to get into a drunken mutual commiseration about how their romantic taste sucks (abusive and sometimes even monsters). A drunken one-night stand might then happen but I hope not as it's something neither of them want or need.

I'm a little worried Becky is going to see some parallels between the Joyce-Becky/ Leslie-Mindy rejections and be bitter towards Leslie. Hope I'm wrong.

(click to show/hide)I think that Joyce has been studying the Bible with Jacob (he has expressed curiosity about her beliefs when talking to her and to Sarah). There's nothing even remotely romantic about it, although Joyce has convinced herself that this is the path she needs to take to stop Jacob dating Raiidah and instead see that he and Sarah are perfect for each other.
I've got a feeling that Joyce is going to take him to the church she frequents one day and that Mary and Peter will not be able to restrain their disgust at the "miscegenation" (that horrible, meaningless word). I suspect that another step in Joyce's disenchantment with the so-called 'religious' will be that several parishioners, when she complains about Mary's attitude agree that Mary has been unforgivably rude but immediately qualify that by saying: "Of course, you must see her point! Why is a nice girl like you dating that... young man?"
