I think that this is her and Marten bantering and/or making bets at how long Clinton's sanity can hold out.
Actually, on the subject of Clinton fleeing, I've been looking at Friday's strip again. In panel 4, does it look to anyone else that Clinton is trying to stop Robo-hand from running away?
