--- Quote from: Gladstone on 22 Dec 2014, 16:41 ---Violence is fine as long as all parties consent, like when two men on pay-per-view hit each other for fun or money. It's highly unlikely that either participant is there against their will. Whereas the person on the receiving end of violence in an abusive relationship would really prefer not to be hit. I can't believe anyone even needs to explain the difference to you.

But in the case being brought to our attention (ST vs YB), it appears consensual too. So your argument would seem to fail.

Comic. Brings to mind a Larry Correia story. Guns and not much else so far.

Consensual, perhaps, but I'll admit that seeing the first panel yesterday did make me pause a moment. But theirs is an equally-antagonistic relationship, and as Undrneath said
--- Quote from: Undrneath on 22 Dec 2014, 08:39 ---Not a fan of violence against women in any way but at least she is giving better than she got.

Also, my first thought today was "Wait, that house explosion looks vaguely familiar..." And we should all count our blessings that Yelling Bird and Sweet-Tits haven't found each others' resonant frequency.
