Marten and Claire get drunk while Faye watches a movie.

I'm not sure Dora will 'fire' Faye. However, I'm sticking with my idea that Faye will be too obviously drunk and Dora will suspend her until she dries out. It turns into a long, hard wait because Faye still has further to fall.

Nitpick: It's "weirder".

Orkboy:
I still want the parents to meet.  All we really know about Claire's mother is that she's a nice lady who makes good pancakes.  A meeting with Veronica would let us learn more about her, and probably learn all sorts of hilariously embarrassing stories about Claire.  After all, we got to learn embarrassing stuff about Marten.
