Well, of course Opportunity didn't send it in English.  But that's a decent translation of the last message received.

I actually teared up when I read that.  Something about valiantly facing the end.  Of course I'm anthropomorphizing.

Rest in peace, little guy.  You've served long and faithfully and well, and you will be remembered with honor.
