@Case: its XP Share or Exp Share. It allows the pokemon holding it to get experience if a different one is fighting. A good way to level up small pokemon while you use a stronger one to actually fight.

In my head she sounds like Merida from Brave if she had the attitude of the Scottsman from Samurai Jack and the wit of Scottish Twitter.

I know what XP share is, but I couldn't have guessed "expay shaer" equals "XP share". Guess i'll have to work on me scottish accent.
