I'm pretty sure the shark man is his ex, not Harley. Raven assumed it was Harley and he was like "what you think I'm crazy? I wouldn't date her" and then it zooms in on the shark guy who gives him a little wink.

Yeah, I got the point that the shark-ish thing was probably better dating prospects (less mad) than the scary clown. Even I can identify Ms. Quinn from the Batman franchise.
