Case:
Pretty close to the respective terms in German (and Dutch, I believe?), except for the terms for 'island' and 'fire'

'Heim' or 'Daheim' would be terms that can be used for one's domicle in German - though Haus, Zuhause (obvs related to huis and thuis) would be more common. I figured the Scandinatian languages would have similar derivates of 'Heim' for the similar purposes, and thus chose the term indicating one's 'home country'.


P.S. Why does Islandic have to stand in for the Vikings? What did poor Denmark do to anyone?
