Advice for starting a youtube channel

Thanks for the help guys I think I just figured it out thanks to some inspiration from pwhodges.  In firefox you have to go out and download an add-in to upload youtube files.  Wish something on youtube mentioned that....


and never mind.  worked only once but never again....  :facepalm:

I didn't need to when I uploaded that short storm video a month or so ago and I use Firefox myself.

First ever Vid I've ever uploaded to YouTube on my Channel and I've had an Account there for years, it went without a hitch

I really hope I will not have this difficulty so frequently in the future.  Processing should not take an entire day only o fail...twice!  :psyduck:

It sounds obvious but double check your formats. I find YouTube processing to be very slow and flakey as well, and like printing it seems to know when you're in a rush.

been using .avi files which youtube says is compatible.  :oops:  Should I switch to MP4s or something?
